Find Homes
A licensed Realtor® from The Sold Team will meet with you in an initial consultation. We listen to you because this information is crucial for prospecting homes that meet your needs. Using the Multiple Listing Service, we find homes that might interest you. We do all the work for you, but that doesn't mean you can't search for homes too! If you find a home you love, we will be happy to show it to you!

View Homes
Once you have a list of prospects, we will discuss the pros and cons of each home. We don't want you to waste valuable time visiting homes that don't meet your needs. A friendly agent will walk you through homes you are interested in. Agents are more than happy to answer your questions, but just as happy to sit back as you explore the homes for yourself. After all, selecting the perfect home is your decision. We are just there to provide you with information and advice.

Close the Deal
The process doesn't end there. When you find your dream home, a member of our team will assist you with writing an offer. We work with you to balance the home's fair market value, your financial situation, and what we think the seller will accept. We want to put you in the home of your dreams, but we make sure you get that home at a fair and affordable price. Our agents are experienced negotiators, and protect you from being taken advantage of by sellers. After an agreement has been made, you have seven full-time agents working to ensure you close on time. Not every transaction is easy, but our full-service team makes sure you don't have to deal with the stress of closing.
