Meet The Sold Team 

Kim Moyer 

Kim is fast approaching over 30 years in the real estate industry, with 28 of those being an agent with CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty. He received his Brokers’ License in 1987 and went on to form The Sold Team of CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty with partners Michael Wheeler and Bob Argento. Kim is the recipient of countless real estate achievement awards both individually and team oriented, including CENTURY 21® CENTURION® Agent 1988-2001, Double CENTURION® in 2000 and 2001, Grand CENTURION® Team 2002-2008, Masters Hall of Fame and Quality Service Sales Associate. His most prized award is his selection as one of "The Best of York County" REALTORS® by the York Sunday News readers, 8 years in a row! 

Kim was born and raised in York County. He is a graduate of Red Lion Area Senior High School and York College. He and his wife live in East York. They have four children between them; a daughter who works as a hair-stylist in Red Lion; a son who just went off to college in Washington DC; a son who has a passion for guitars; and a son who loves hunting, cars, and video games. Kim is a pillar in the local community. He is always levelheaded, a perfectionist at heart, and committed to being the best he can be. Currently he is the President and serves on the Board of Directors for CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty, a company he now owns with 12 other real estate agents. He was a member of the Board of Directors for Shadowfax Corporation from 1985 to 2008. He is a long time Lions Club member and served as President. He sponsors local kid sporting teams and recently completed his 7th year as a Junior Achievement Volunteer. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his son, a game of golf, quiet getaways with his wife, bowling, traveling, and leisure time with family and friends. Professionally he also develops and invests in real estate.

Michael J. Wheeler 

My name is Michael J. Wheeler and I am a Realtor with Century 21 Heritage Realty, and a member of The Sold Team of Century 21 Heritage Realty. I joined "Heritage" back in 1985. I love real estate and enjoy assisting home buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs. I am fortunate to surround myself with so many wonderful people, from my co-agents, to the support staff, to my family, and friends. I am an optimist and I believe in this current real estate market you need optimism and a positive attitude, if you plan to succeed. My team has the same thought process! We will go that extra mile to get the job done.  

I graduated from Red Lion High School and attended both Penn State and York College. I received a Finance Degree in 1981. I was a former Vice President and Director of Operations with a local bank, before starting my real estate career. I was born in Philadelphia, lived in Buffalo, NY, and then relocated to beautiful York County. In my spare time I love to read, travel, play golf, and search Ebay for rare treasures. 

Marcia Hussey 

Marcia has been a licensed REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty since
1996 and brings over 20 years of advertising and retail sales experience with her. Marcia is also a member of The Sold Team of CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty. Marcia has lived in York County for 13 years and loves the area because of the convenience to Baltimore, Harrisburg, and New York. She traveled most of her life because of her family military background and is very informed on relocation, having relocated three times herself. 

Marcia enjoys the real estate business because of meeting new people from different areas of the country. In her spare time, Marcia enjoys spending time with family, friends and her grandchildren. She enjoys taking walks in the country, biking and gardening. 

Cynthia Sarver 

Cindy has been with CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty since 1994, when she started as an assistant. In 1995 she obtained her real estate license and became a full-time member of The Sold Team of CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty. As with every team, members bring different talents to the mix and Cindy is no exception. She finds her time is best spent behind the scenes working on daily tasks such as marketing, customer service, listing and settlement coordination. However, she is fully licensed and able to assist with all real estate needs. 

Beyond real estate, Cindy is happily married with two sons and two step-children. Her favorite past time is always something family or friend oriented. When she isn’t working or taking care of her family, you can find her at the gym, walking, scrapbooking, or enjoying some down time with her husband and/or girlfriends. When asked what she would most like to remembered for, beyond a mom and wife who gave it her best shot, she comments how rewarding it was to Chair the Windsor Wonderland Playground Committee. The committee was a total volunteer project that raised money and eventually built the now Windsor Wonderland Playground in Windsor Township. As she says, “It was the most time consuming and frustrating thing I had ever done, but in the end, it was also the most rewarding! To see the looks on all those kids faces as they ran to play on the playground, for the first time, was…priceless!” 

Teresa Myers 

The newest member of the Sold Team, Teresa brings over 10 years of customer service experience, most recently 3 years as a local builders representative. As a wife and mother of two, Teresa has a different level of understanding when it comes to the challenges buyers and sellers face when thinking of selling, buying or building a home. She is compassionate and hard-working; and looks forward to using her expertise for both the betterment of the team and our clients.  

In her spare time, Teresa enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and cooking. 

Christine Shemeta 

I used to be one of those people who anxiously awaited the real estate section in Sunday's paper to determine what open houses to attend; even when I wasn't planning to buy a new home. The Parade of Homes was a definite event. I have since combined my love of houses with my more than 20 years' experience as a marketing communications professional into a career as a licensed Realtor with Century 21 Heritage Realty. Real estate transactions represent one of the most significant financial decisions most people will ever make.
